Functional characteristics
1. The real operational engine electronic control system simulates the operation of the engine crankshaft, which can produce spark plug ignition, fuel pump operation, injector oil injection and other executive components, fully displaying the composition and working process of the engine electronic control system.
2. The surface of the teaching board is made of advanced aluminum-plastic board which is resistant to impact, pollution, fire and moisture, and the surface is treated by special process spraying primer; Panel printing has colorless circuit diagram and working principle diagram; Students can understand and analyze the working principle of the engine electronic control system by directly comparing the circuit diagram with the real thing.
3. Detection terminals are installed on the panel of the teaching board, which can directly detect the electrical signals of the circuit components of the engine electronic control system, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.
4. A diagnostic socket is installed on the panel of the teaching board, which can be connected to the special or general vehicle decoder to perform the self-diagnosis function of the engine electronic control system, such as reading the fault code and clearing the fault code.
5. The surface of the teaching board is made of 1.5mm cold plate, which is beautiful in appearance. The bottom frame is welded with steel structure, and the surface is treated with spraying process. It is equipped with a self-locking caster device. The table top of about 40cm is equipped on the base of the teaching board, which is convenient for placing data and light testing instruments.
6. The teaching board uses ordinary 220V AC power supply, which is converted into 12V DC power supply through the internal circuit transformer rectification, without the need for battery, reducing the trouble of charging. 12V DC power supply has the function of preventing short circuit.
