Functional Features
The system features fully operational ignition prototypes mounted on a 4mm corrosion-resistant aluminum composite panel with UV-printed schematics for component-circuit cross-referencing. Integrated test terminals enable direct measurement of electrical parameters
(resistance/voltage/current/frequency), while an OBD-II diagnostic port supports ECU fault code reading/clearing via standard scanners. Constructed with 1.5mm cold-rolled steel framing, lockable casters, and a 40cm accessory shelf, the trainer operates on 220VAC-to-12VDC converted power with short-circuit prevention, eliminating battery maintenance requirements.
