The BYD electric air conditioning system training platform is based on the original vehicle electric air conditioning system and PTC electric heating system. The training platform has an intelligent fault assessment system, which meets the structural principle understanding and maintenance training of new energy pure electric vehicle air conditioning refrigeration system and electric heating system in vocational and technical colleges, general education colleges, and training institutions. It can achieve cognitive and testing training on the high-voltage structure of electric vehicle air conditioning systems, as well as practical training on the high-voltage interlock function and troubleshooting of electric vehicle air conditioning systems.
Technical requirements:
1. Modular design: The air conditioning system training platform adopts modular design, which integrates the original vehicle electric compressor, condenser, HVAC assembly, refrigeration pipeline PTC, The components such as warm air pipes, air ducts, and air conditioning controllers are installed and fixed on professional bases and operation control panels. The bases are designed with slots for low-voltage signal lines and high-voltage output lines, and high-voltage line installations are accompanied by safety signs.
2. Keep the original vehicle wiring connection: The electric air conditioning system training platform uses the original vehicle wiring harness for connection, and parallel dual plugs for measurement are installed next to each harness plug. The parallel plugs are labeled with pin numbers, which correspond to the original circuit diagram pin numbers, to meet the needs of low-voltage signal detection for pure electric vehicle motor drive systems, combination instruments, and braking systems during the training process. The relevant signals of each control unit are connected to the vehicle controller through the original wiring harness, meeting the functions of data diagnosis and dynamic data stream reading during the training and teaching process.
3. Intelligent fault assessment system: It consists of two independent systems: a teacher fault setting mobile terminal and a student answering mobile terminal. Teachers can use a mobile teaching terminal connected to WIFE to connect with the fault setting module of the training platform for fault setting. After the fault setting is completed, students use their mobile learning terminals to conduct assessments and answer questions. The assessed scores are automatically stored in the device's execution module, and each student's score is queried. It has functions such as password management, fault name editing, assessment time setting, fault type setting, and fault recovery testing. Equipped with an intelligent fault setting and assessment system on mobile devices, the system uses WAIFA wireless fault setting on mobile phones. The teacher sets the fault, and the students analyze and locate the fault point, mastering the ability to handle real vehicle faults; Wireless fault setting should not be less than 10 points, with phenomena such as disconnection and occasional occurrences. Equipped with mechanical in-situ fault setting, replaceable fuses can be connected in series in the original vehicle harness to achieve mechanical circuit breaking faults, with no less than 6 mechanical fault points.
