1. Product overview:

Based on the Great Wall 2.8tc electronically controlled high-pressure common rail diesel engine, the equipment is made by anatomical process. The crankshaft is driven by a reduction motor, which fully shows the composition, structure and operation process of automobile diesel engine. It is applicable to the teaching needs of middle and higher vocational and technical colleges, general education colleges and training institutions for engine structure theory and maintenance training.

3. Functional features:

(1) The profile of the original diesel engine is processed to fully display the engine crankshaft connecting rod mechanism, valve distribution mechanism, lubrication mechanism, cooling system and intake and exhaust system;

(2) The reduction motor drives the engine crankshaft to run at low speed to truly demonstrate the movement process of the internal mechanical parts of the engine, so that the anatomical model can operate normally, demonstrate the rotation of the crankshaft and camshaft, the movement process of the piston, the opening and closing of the intake and exhaust valves, and the timing mechanism;

(3) It is suitable for the teaching of automobile engine working principle and mechanical structure, and directly shows the working process of the engine, the operation of each component, as well as the structure and installation of each component;

(4) It is convenient to clarify the mechanical structure and principle of the engine, carry out practical training on the disassembly, maintenance and troubleshooting of the automobile engine, and provide a clear standard reference;
