Product Overview
This experimental platform is based on the Volkswagen Jetta ABS system and is equipped with a system working principle diagram to truly demonstrate the system's working process. Functional features:
1). Based on a real ABS system, fully display the composition and structure of the ABS system.
2). The front and rear axles are driven to rotate by a three-phase asynchronous motor, simulating the driving of a car. When the brake pedal is pressed urgently, the ABS system starts to work, and the front and rear brake discs maintain a slight rotation. The brake pedal can feel continuous bouncing, demonstrating the working process of the car's ABS system in real life.
3). There are detection terminals installed on the training platform panel, which can directly detect the electrical signals of various sensors and control unit pins on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.
4). The training platform is equipped with a pressure gauge that can display the hydraulic changes of the brake master cylinder and four brake sub cylinders in real time.
5). The training platform panel is equipped with fault indicator lights and diagnostic seats, which can be connected to dedicated or General Motors decoders to perform self diagnostic functions such as ECU coding query, reading fault codes, clearing fault codes, reading data streams, executing component testing, parameter setting, waveform analysis, etc. for the vehicle electronic stability system.
6) Allowing the study of the behavior of control components and solenoid valves, the status of the solenoid valve will be clearly displayed based on the different states of the control components.
7) The training platform is made of high-quality welded steel, which has the characteristics of high strength, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
