1. Product overview:

Based on the 125cc two-stroke engine of motorcycle, the equipment is made by anatomical technology. The crankshaft is driven manually by the hand wheel, which fully shows the composition, structure and operation process of motorcycle engine. It is applicable to the teaching needs of motorcycle two-stroke engine structure theory and maintenance training in secondary and higher vocational and technical colleges, general education colleges and training institutions.

3. Functional features:

a The original two-stroke motorcycle 125cc engine is used for profile treatment to comprehensively display the engine crankshaft connecting rod mechanism, valve distribution mechanism, lubrication mechanism, air cooling structure, inlet and exhaust ports;

b  The hand wheel drives the engine crankshaft to run at a low speed to truly demonstrate the movement process of the internal mechanical parts of the engine, so that the anatomical model can operate normally, demonstrate the rotation of the crankshaft and camshaft, the movement process of the piston, the opening and closing of the intake and exhaust valves, and the timing mechanism;

c  It is suitable for the teaching of working principle and mechanical structure of motorcycle engine, and directly shows the working process of two-stroke engine, the operation of various components, as well as the structure and installation of various components;

d  It is convenient to clarify the mechanical structure and principle of two-stroke engine, and train the disassembly, maintenance and troubleshooting of motorcycle engine;

e  All adopt CNC wire cutting processing, and the cutting surface is flat;

f  Different colors are used to distinguish gas circuit and oil circuit, which is convenient to distinguish various systems. Phosphating, paint baking and other processes are adopted on the cutting surface to ensure that the color is bright, transition natural, and the paint surface is firm and not easy to fade;
