Automobile engine electronic control system demonstration board adopts the real parts of the engine electronic control system, fully demonstrates the composition structure and working process of the engine electronic control system.
Applicable to the school of the engine electronic control system theory and maintenance of practical training teaching needs.
Functional features
1. The real running engine electronic control system, simulating the engine crankshaft running, can produce spark plug ignition, fuel pump work, fuel injector injection and other executive components work, fully demonstrates the composition of the engine electronic control system structure and work process.
2. The panel of the demonstration board is made of high grade aluminum composite board which is resistant to trauma, pollution, fire and moisture, and the surface is treated with primer sprayed by special technology; the panel is printed with colorful circuit diagrams and working principle schematic diagrams which are colorfast; the students can visually compare the circuit diagrams with the real thing, and recognize and analyze the working principle of the engine electronic control system.
3. The panel of the demonstration board is installed with detection terminals, which can directly detect the electrical signals of the circuit components of the engine electronic control system on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals.
4. The teaching board panel is installed with a diagnostic socket, can be connected to a special or general-purpose automotive decoder, the engine electronic control system to read fault codes, clear fault codes and other self-diagnostic functions of the engine electronic control system.
5. The panel part of the demonstration board adopts 1.5mm cold plate stamping molding structure, beautiful appearance; the bottom frame part of the steel structure welding, surface treatment by spraying process, with self-locking casters, the demonstration board is equipped with about 40cm desktop on the base, convenient for placing the information, lightweight testing instruments.
6. The working of the teaching board adopts ordinary 220V AC power supply, which is converted into 12V DC power supply by internal circuit transformer and rectifier, no need for battery, reducing the trouble of charging, and the 12V DC power supply has the function of anti-short-circuit.
