1  Product requirements

The equipment adopts the real components of Toyota Corolla 1zr-fe engine electronic control system, which can fully show the composition, structure and working process of engine electronic acceleration system.

2  Functional requirements

a. A real and operable engine electronic control system simulates the operation of the engine crankshaft, which can produce the operation of spark plug ignition, fuel pump operation, fuel injector injection and other actuator components, fully display the composition and working process of the engine electronic control system, and the electronic accelerator pedal can control the opening of the throttle.

b. The measuring panel of the training platform is painted with color spray circuit diagram, which is made of 4mm thick high-strength aluminum-plastic plate. It has the characteristics of large temperature difference resistance, wear resistance, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, not easy to deform, long service life, bright color and not easy to fade; Students can intuitively compare the circuit diagram and physical objects to understand and analyze the working principle of engine electronic control system.

c. A detection terminal is installed on the teaching board panel, which can directly detect the electrical signals of the circuit elements of the engine electronic control system, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.

d. A diagnosis seat is installed on the teaching board panel, which can be connected with a special or general-purpose vehicle decoder to read fault codes, clear fault codes and other self diagnosis functions of the engine electronic control system.

e. The training platform is welded with high-quality steel, which has the characteristics of high strength, corrosion resistance and long service life. After plastic spraying process, it has a beautiful and high-grade appearance. The platform is equipped with self-locking caster device, which is flexible, safe, reliable and durable.

f. The teaching board adopts ordinary 220V AC power supply, which is converted into 12V DC power supply through internal circuit voltage transformation and rectification. There is no need for battery to reduce the trouble of charging. 12V DC power supply has the function of anti short circuit.
