1. Product Overview
This equipment is based on an electric power-assisted steering (EPS) automotive front axle assembly, providing a comprehensive demonstration of the structure and operation of the EPS system and front axle suspension system.
It is suitable for schools' theoretical and practical training in EPS system principles and maintenance.
2. Features and Functions
1. A fully functional and operable automotive EPS system that clearly demonstrates the structure and components of the EPS system.
2. Adjustable engine speed and vehicle speed simulation knobs to simulate speed variations. Turning the steering wheel left or right allows for a complete demonstration of the working process of the EPS system.
3. The training bench panel is made of a 4mm thick, corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, pollution-resistant, fireproof, and moisture-proof high-grade aluminum-plastic board. The surface is treated with a special primer coating, and a permanent color-printed circuit diagram is displayed. Learners can intuitively compare the circuit diagram with actual components to understand and analyze the working principles of the EPS system.
4. The panel is equipped with test terminals, allowing direct measurement of electrical signals such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency from EPS circuit components.
5. The training bench is equipped with a diagnostic port, which can be connected to specialized or general automotive diagnostic scanners to read and clear fault codes and perform self-diagnostic functions for the EPS system.
6. The base of the training bench is welded from a steel structure, treated with a spraying process, and equipped with self-locking caster wheels for easy mobility, safety, reliability, and durability.
