ABS control unit, diagnostic seat, ignition switch, brake master cylinder, brake cylinder, brake disc, brake pad, wheel speed sensor, drive motor, drive belt, simulation mechanism, brake pedal, oil pressure gauge, mobile bench , Circuit schematic panel, etc.

 

3. Features:

1). Based on the real car ABS braking system, the composition structure of the ABS braking system is fully displayed.

2). The three-phase asynchronous motor drives the front and rear axles to simulate the car driving. When the brake pedal is urgently depressed, the ABS system starts to work, the front and rear brake discs keep a small amount of rotation, and the brake pedal can feel continuous flicking, which truly demonstrates the working process of the automobile ABS system.

3). The detection terminal is installed on the panel of the training platform, which can directly detect the electrical signals of various sensors and control unit pins on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signal, etc.

4). The training platform is equipped with a pressure gauge, which can display the hydraulic changes of the master cylinder and four brake cylinders in real time.

5). The fault indicator and diagnostic seat are installed on the panel of the training platform, which can be connected to a dedicated or general car decoder to perform ECU code query on the ABS electronic control system, read the fault code, clear the fault code, read the data stream, Perform self-diagnosis functions such as component testing, parameter setting, and waveform analysis.
