Functional features

1. A truly operational new energy battery charge and discharge assembly, which fully demonstrates the composition structure and logical control relationship of the main components and components.

2. The main components are installed on the training platform, and the electrical connection is the same as that of the real vehicle, which can be easily disassembled, so that the trainees can master the key points of disassembly and installation and safety protection of the components of the high-voltage system during the disassembly and assembly process.Provide courseware to explain the function and pin definition of each main part.

3.BMS battery management system with passive balancing function, with switch control protection (single broken wire, short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature), communication with charger CAN, control the work of on-board charger through BMS, estimate SOC(state of charge), etc.

4. The power battery pack display (7 ") is installed on the panel, which can observe various parameters of the 
charging and discharging process, and master the control logic and parameter variation rules of main components in the charging and discharging process of the power battery pack.

5. The training platform is equipped with a discharge module to simulate the energy consumption process of the vehicle. The discharge current can be selected (supporting the upper computer software that can be operated).
The power battery pack is equipped with a mechanical maintenance switch. After pulling out the mechanical maintenance switch, the upper cover can be opened for observation.High - voltage electrical connectors are national standard products, reliable performance.

6. The semi-transparent design of the power battery pack, with built-in LED lighting, facilitates students to observe the internal structure of the battery.The training platform is equipped with 12V power grounding mechanical switch, which can disconnect 12V grounding at any time and cut off the power supply of 
the whole system.

7. The power battery package output line is equipped with a mechanical cut-off emergency switch, which is suitable for easily disconnecting the main power circuit in an emergency.

8. The color panel of UV flat plate inkjet fully displays the power battery pack, charging and discharging working principle diagram, and installs the detection terminal. With the help of the multimeter and oscilloscope, real-time detection of parameter changes under various states.

9. The training platform is composed of a mobile training platform (with a principle panel), which is placed horizontally to install the main components;4 casters are installed at the bottom of the training platform, which can be moved flexibly. At the same time, casters are equipped with self-locking device to fix the position.

10. Equipped with intelligent fault setting and assessment system, fault setting includes voltage acquisition line, temperature acquisition line, relay control line and hall current sensor acquisition line between the power battery pack and BMS, with no less than 12 fault points;Real-time BMS system response under abnormal conditions such as current monomer voltage and battery temperature.

11. The overall use of 1.5mm thick cold-rolled plate, in strict accordance with the sheet metal processing 
process, after pickling, plastic spraying, beautiful appearance;The bottom frame part is welded with steel structure, the surface is treated with spraying process, with self-locking caster device, and the base is equipped
