Functional Requirements
1. The real car ABS/EBD brake system is based on the real object, and the composition structure of the ABS/EBD brake system is fully displayed.
2. The front and rear axles are driven by the three-phase asynchronous motor to simulate the driving of a car. When the brake pedal is urgently stepped on, the ABS/EBD system starts to work, and the front and rear brake discs keep turning slightly, and you can feel constant on the brake pedal

3. The measurement panel of the training platform is painted with a color inkjet circuit diagram, which is made of a 5mm thick high-strength transparent acrylic sheet mirrored on the back. It is resistant to large temperature differences, wear-resistant, moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant, not easy to deform, and has a long service life. Bright colors, not easy to fade, etc.; students can intuitively compare the circuit diagram and the actual ABS/EBD brake system to understand and analyze the working principle of the control system. 4. There are detection terminals installed on the panel of the training platform, which can directly detect the electrical signals of the pins of each sensor and control unit on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.
5. The training platform is equipped with 6 pressure gauges, which can display the hydraulic changes of the brake master cylinder and the four brake cylinders in real time.
6. The panel of the training platform is equipped with a fault indicator lamp and a diagnostic socket, which can be connected to a dedicated or general automobile decoder to perform ECU code query, read fault codes, clear fault codes, and read data streams for the ABS electronic control system.
