Product Introduction
This equipment is based on the various systems of an automotive chassis, fully demonstrating the structural composition of each system.
It includes the front and rear suspension systems, steering system, transmission system, manual gearbox and gear-shifting mechanism, braking system, and a mobile stand with caster wheels.
It is suitable for schools to meet the teaching needs of theoretical study and practical training in chassis system maintenance.
Features and Functions
1. Equipped with real automotive chassis systems (including front and rear suspension, steering, transmission, manual gearbox with gear-shifting mechanism, and braking system), fully demonstrating their structural composition.
2. Enables practical training in both the demonstration and disassembly of automotive chassis systems.
3. The dissected manual gearbox allows dynamic demonstration and testing. A reduction motor provides input power, enabling gear shifting operations and dynamic testing. The four wheels can make slow movement demonstrations while in contact with the ground.
4. An electric motor drives the power steering pump, realistically demonstrating the power-assisted steering process.
5. The base of the training platform is made of welded steel, with a sprayed surface finish. It features self-locking caster wheels for flexible movement, ensuring safety, reliability, and durability.
