Product Introduction
The whole vehicle electrical training platform is based on the whole vehicle electrical appliances, fully demonstrating the composition and working process of various automotive electrical systems such as the automobile engine anti-theft system, instrument system, lighting system, wiper system, horn system, ignition system, electric window system, electric door lock, audio system, starting system and charging system.
It is suitable for the teaching needs of schools for the whole vehicle electrical theory and maintenance training.
Functional characteristics
1. Real and operable automobile electrical system, fully demonstrating the composition and structure of the automobile electrical system.
Turn on the power, operate various electrical switches and buttons on the teaching board, and truly demonstrate the working process of various automotive electrical systems such as the automobile engine electronic control system, instrument system, lighting system, wiper system, horn system, ignition system, electric window system, electric door lock, audio system, starting system and charging system.
2. The equipment panel is made of high-grade aluminum-plastic plate that is resistant to impact, pollution, fire and moisture, and the surface is treated with primer spraying by special process; the panel is printed with color circuit diagrams that never fade; students can intuitively compare the circuit diagrams with the real objects to understand and analyze the working principles of various systems of automobile electrical appliances.
3. The teaching board panel is equipped with detection terminals, which can directly detect the electrical signals of circuit components of various systems of automobile electrical appliances on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.
4. The equipment panel is equipped with a diagnostic socket, which can be connected to a special or universal automobile decoder to perform ECU code query, fault code reading, fault code clearing, data flow reading, actuator testing, parameter setting, waveform analysis, key matching and other self-diagnosis functions for engine control units, combination instruments, comfort system units, etc.
5. The panel part of the equipment adopts a 1.5mm cold plate stamping structure with beautiful appearance; the chassis part adopts steel structure welding, the surface is sprayed with a spraying process, and it has a self-locking caster device.
