2. Features
1) A real and operational electronically controlled gasoline engine fully demonstrates the composition, structure and working process of the electronically controlled gasoline engine. The engine can be operated under normal working conditions such as starting, accelerating, and decelerating.
2) The training platform is composed of two parts: the engine assembly and the fixed platform of the running accessories and the running detection control panel platform.
3) The panel of the training platform is painted with a color UV flat-panel spray-painted circuit diagram, and the trainees can directly compare the circuit diagram and the actual engine to understand and analyze the working principle of the control system; the panel is 4mm thick, corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, pollution-resistant, fire-proof, and moisture-proof High-grade aluminum-plastic panels, the surface is treated with a special process of spraying primer; the panel is printed with a color system circuit diagram that will never fade.
4) There are detection terminals installed on the panel of the training platform, which can directly detect the electrical signals of the pins of sensors, actuators, and engine control units on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.
5) There is a 20cm steel table on the base directly in front of the equipment detection panel, which is convenient for placing materials and testing instruments.
