The training bench shows the composition and working process of CVT. The system function is comprehensive, can be real operation, can carry on the fault diagnosis experiment.

 

Features of this test bench

1. The running CVT assembly of Honda can be used as the power source for the adjustable speed three-phase asynchronous motor, and can be used for the practical operation of the stepless transmission under the working conditions of gear display, forward gear and reverse gear operation.

 

2. The rated current value specified on the motor nameplate can be set by the frequency converter to prevent the motor from being overloaded by the electronic thermal overload relay. In order to prevent the impact during the starting/stopping of mechanical equipment, the frequency converter can be set to increase/slow down with the s-curve figure.

 

3. A digital gauge is installed on the board, which can display real-time changes of transmission sensor parameters.

 

4. The measurement board of the training bench is painted with spray-painted circuit diagrams, and the testing terminals can be installed to directly detect the electrical signals of the each sensor, actuator and transmission control unit on the board, such as resistance, voltage, current and frequency signals.

 

5. The training bench is equipped with fault setting system, which can set one or more common faults to simulate the circuit faults of CVT system, so as to achieve the purpose of examination.

 

6. The training bench is equipped with a diagnosis socket, which connected to a special or general purpose automobile decoder. The transmission system can perform self-diagnosis functions such as reading fault codes, clearing fault codes and reading data streams.
