1  Product overview:

Based on the generators commonly used in automobiles, the equipment fully shows the composition, structure and working process of various types of generators. It is applicable to the teaching needs of theoretical and maintenance training of generators in secondary and higher vocational and technical colleges, general education colleges and training institutions.

2  Main components:

Silicon rectifier generator, integral alternator, brushless alternator, permanent magnet alternator, three-phase drive motor, decomposed parts of various types of generators, storage battery, ignition switch, voltmeter, movable bench, main switch of bench power supply, universal caster with locking, etc.

3  Functional features:

a. The measuring panel of the training platform is painted with color spray circuit diagram, which is made of 4mm thick high-strength aluminum-plastic plate UV spray. It has the characteristics of large temperature difference resistance, wear resistance, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, not easy to deformation, long service life, bright color and not easy to fade.

b. The teaching board shows the common generators used in cars, and the similarities and differences between various types of generators are clearly displayed;

c. Each type of generator has a set of normal operation power generation system and a set of disassembled generator parts of the same model, which is used to understand the internal structure of the generator and is more convenient for teaching;

d. A detection terminal is installed on the panel of the training platform, which can directly detect the electrical signals of the pins of each sensor, actuator and transmission control unit, such as resistance, voltage, current and frequency signals.

e. The training platform is welded with high-quality steel, which has the characteristics of high strength, corrosion resistance and long service life. After plastic spraying process, it has a beautiful and high-grade appearance. The platform is equipped with self-locking caster device, which is flexible, safe, reliable and durable.
