A real and operable electronic control automatic transmission assembly, driven by a variable speed asynchronous motor, can perform practical operations such as gear display, neutral starting, forward gear operation, reverse gear operation, etc., fully demonstrating the structural composition, working and principle of the automatic transmission;
2. The three-phase asynchronous motor is connected to the automatic transmission through a coupling, and when the three-phase asynchronous motor rotates, it drives the automatic transmission to rotate;
3. The rated current value specified on the motor nameplate can be set through a frequency converter to prevent motor overload using an electronic thermal overload relay. In order to prevent impact during the starting/stopping of mechanical equipment, acceleration/deceleration can be set through the frequency converter;
4. The equipment is equipped with a crankshaft signal plate, which drives the crankshaft signal plate to rotate when the three-phase asynchronous motor rotates. Under the action of the crankshaft position sensor, the engine speed is input into the controller and displayed on the combination instrument;
5. When the engine speed reaches idle, press the brake and operate the gear lever to shift gears, achieving the switching between P, R, N, and D gears;
