The training platform is based on a real pure electric vehicle (EV) drive system, providing a true representation of the system's structure and working process. Functional Features
1. A fully operational pure electric vehicle drive system that comprehensively demonstrates the structure and working process of an EV drive system. 2. The training platform panel is made of a 4mm thick high-grade aluminum-plastic board, which is corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, pollution-resistant, fireproof, and moisture-proof. The surface is treated with a special primer spraying process, and the panel features a UV flat-printed, non-fading, full-color circuit diagram.
3. The panel is equipped with an electric vehicle instrument cluster, which can display real-time parameters such as power transmission process, vehicle speed, voltage, temperature, and fault indicators of the electronic control system.
4. The panel includes test terminals that allow direct measurement of electrical signals at the control unit pins, such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals.
5. The training platform is equipped with an electronic accelerator control device, making it easy to adjust the speed of the pure electric vehicle drive system.
6. Safety features include a main power switch and protective covers for rotating components to ensure safe operation.
7. The base of the training platform is made of welded steel with a spray-coated surface, featuring self-locking caster wheels for flexible movement, high safety, and durability.
