1. Product overview

This experiment platform is based on Volkswagen Jetta ABS system and equipped with system working principle diagram to truly show the working process of the system. Meet the teaching functions of ABS system, such as structure composition and action demonstration. It is suitable for the teaching needs of automobile ABS system theory teaching and testing and maintenance training.

2. Main components:

ABS control unit, diagnosis seat, ignition switch, brake master cylinder, brake wheel cylinder, brake disc, brake pad, wheel speed sensor, drive motor, drive belt, analog mechanism, brake pedal, oil pressure gauge, mobile bench, circuit schematic diagram panel, etc.

3. Functional features:

a Based on the real ABS system, the composition and structure of the ABS system are fully displayed.

b The three-phase motor drives the vehicle to rotate asynchronously. When the brake pedal is pressed in an emergency, the ABS system starts to work, the front and rear brake discs keep turning slightly, and the feet can be felt bouncing on the brake pedal, which truly demonstrates the working process of the automobile ABS system.

c A detection terminal is installed on the panel of the training platform, which can directly detect the electrical signals of each sensor and control unit pin, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.

d The training platform is equipped with a pressure gauge, which can display the hydraulic changes of the brake master cylinder and four brake slave cylinders in real time.

e The panel of the training platform is equipped with a fault indicator lamp and a diagnosis seat, which can be connected with a special or general automobile decoder to perform ECU coding query, read fault codes, clear fault codes, read data flow, actuator test, parameter setting, waveform analysis and other self diagnosis functions for the body electronic stability system.

f It is allowed to study the behavior of control components and solenoid valves. The status of solenoid valves will be clearly displayed according to different states of control components.
