1. Product Overview
This equipment consists of two main parts: a fixed rack with an electronically controlled gasoline engine assembly and operating accessories, and an operational testing control panel rack.
The engine supports practical operations such as starting, acceleration, and deceleration under normal working conditions, providing a realistic demonstration of the structure and working process of an electronically controlled gasoline engine.
It is suitable for vocational and technical colleges, general education institutions, and training centers for teaching automotive engine theory and maintenance practices.
2. Features and Functions
A fully functional electronically controlled gasoline engine that clearly demonstrates the engine's components and working process. The engine supports practical operations including starting, acceleration, and deceleration.
The training bench consists of a fixed rack holding the engine assembly and accessories, and a separate control panel rack for operational testing.
The control panel features a color UV-printed circuit diagram, allowing students to intuitively compare the schematic with the physical engine to understand and analyze the control system's working principles. The panel is made of 4mm thick high-grade aluminum-plastic composite board, which is corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, pollution-resistant, fireproof, and moisture-proof. The printed circuit diagram is colorfast and permanently legible.
Diagnostic terminals are installed on the panel, enabling direct measurement of electrical signals-such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency-at the sensors, actuators, and engine control unit (ECU) pins.
A 20 cm wide steel tabletop is built into the lower front base of the control panel, providing convenient space for documents and diagnostic tools.
The control panel is equipped with an automotive instrument cluster, a fuel pressure gauge, and a vacuum pressure gauge, all of which can display real-time changes in parameters such as engine speed.
The bench is fitted with a diagnostic port compatible with both OEM and generic automotive scanners, enabling fault code reading, code clearing, data stream reading, and other ECU self-diagnostic functions.
The system includes a main power switch and safety protection features.
The base of the training bench is constructed with a welded steel frame. Rounded protective handrails are welded at the front and sides. The surface is coated using a spray process, and the unit is equipped with self-locking casters for flexible movement, safety, durability, and reliability.
