1. Realistic and operational vehicle chassis systems, fully demonstrating the structural composition of each system in the vehicle chassis;
2. Install real car chassis systems (including front and rear suspension systems, steering systems, transmission systems, manual transmission and gear shifting mechanisms, braking systems) to fully demonstrate the composition and structure of the car chassis systems;
3. The equipment is equipped with a manual transmission assembly and dissected to fully demonstrate the internal and external structure of the manual transmission. Spray different colors on the anatomical surface of the manual transmission to achieve a clear and aesthetically pleasing effect;
4. The manual transmission is driven by a single-phase gear reduction motor with adjustable speed to operate at low speed, demonstrating the movement process of the internal mechanical components of the manual transmission;
5. Equipped with leakage protection switches to achieve safe operation;
6. Transmit power from a single-phase gear reduction motor to the transmission system, manual gearbox, drive shaft, and ultimately to the drive wheels;
7. The equipment uses a single-phase motor to drive the power steering pump, and controls the switch to manipulate the steering wheel and simulate the working process of the steering system;
8. The equipment is made in a four-wheel suspended manner. By stepping on the clutch pedal and operating the gear shifting mechanism, different gear states of the manual transmission can be demonstrated, thereby changing the rotational speed and direction of the driving wheels;
9. The brake pedal and parking handle equipped on the equipment can display the working process of the front and rear wheel braking systems;
10. The chassis system components for equipment installation are fixed based on the original vehicle structure, and are also convenient for students to disassemble and train;
11. The device is equipped with a driver's seat for easy operation by students;
