Functional Features

In order to fully demonstrate the working process of the pneumatic braking system, pressure gauges have been installed on the brake main air circuit and the control air circuit of each brake chamber, enabling students to better understand the working principle of the pneumatic braking system and observe changes in air pressure;
6. The training platform is equipped with air pumps and air storage tanks to generate compressed air required for the braking system;

The training platform uses high-strength wooden boards and aluminum-plastic panels to fix the components of the pneumatic braking system, avoiding the occurrence of parts falling off due to instability during use. And UV printing has been done on the surface of the aluminum-plastic panel to standardize the names of each component, making it easier for students to recognize;
