This device is based on the sensors and actuators of the Toyota Corolla 1ZR 1.6L engine electronic control system, fully demonstrating the working process of the sensors and actuators of the engine electronic control system. Suitable for the maintenance and training needs of sensors and actuators in automotive engine electronic control systems in higher vocational and technical colleges, general education colleges, and training institutions.
Functional features:
1. A real and operational engine electronic control system that simulates the rotation of the engine crankshaft signal disk, which can activate the spark plug ignition, fuel pump operation, injector injection and other actuating components, fully demonstrating the composition structure and working process of the engine electronic control system;
2. The equipment is equipped with four 120ml glass measuring cups for observing the fuel injection status of the four injectors;
3. The equipment panel is made of high-grade aluminum-plastic panels that are resistant to impact, pollution, fire, and moisture, and the surface is treated with a special process of spraying primer; The panel printing has non fading color circuit diagrams and working principle diagrams; Students can visually compare the circuit diagram with the physical object to understand and analyze the working principle of the engine electronic control system;
4. There are detection terminals installed on the equipment training platform panel, which can directly detect the electrical signals of various sensors, actuators, and engine control unit pins on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc;
5. There are four digital voltmeters installed on the training platform panel for real-time observation of sensor signal voltage changes;

6. The joints of the circuit harness are connected by soldering and covered with heat shrink tubing to achieve insulation. The entire harness is wrapped with adhesive tape to meet the requirements of automotive grade processes;
7. Fuses or relays in the circuit are made of automotive grade products to achieve long-term use of the equipment without damage;
8.To facilitate the observation of the working condition of the electronic control engine, four fuel injector indicator lights and fuel pump indicator lights have been added to the panel of the training platform;
9. The panel is equipped with a car instrument panel that can display real-time changes in parameters such as engine speed;
10. The panel is equipped with a diagnostic socket that can be connected to a dedicated or universal car decoder to perform self diagnostic functions on the engine electronic control system, such as reading and clearing fault codes;
11. The training platform is equipped with fault settings, which are set using a remote control. The serial number on the remote control corresponds to the fault point on the training platform. By pressing the serial number on the remote control, the fault point line on the training platform can be controlled to connect/disconnect within a range of 10 meters;
