Function Overview
This equipment is based on an automatic transmission assembly, using a variable-speed asynchronous motor as the power source. It allows practical operations such as gear position display, neutral start, forward gear operation, and reverse gear operation, providing a realistic demonstration of the structure and working process of an electronically controlled automatic transmission.
It is suitable for various schools to meet the teaching needs of automatic transmission theory and maintenance training.
Features and Functions
1. A fully functional electronically controlled automatic transmission, driven by a variable-speed asynchronous motor, enables gear position display, neutral start, forward gear operation, and reverse gear operation, fully demonstrating the structure and working process of an automatic transmission.
2. The motor directly drives the transmission, with the motor and transmission securely connected via a coupling.
3. The frequency converter can be set to the rated current value specified on the motor nameplate, utilizing an electronic thermal overload relay to prevent motor overload. To reduce mechanical shock during startup and shutdown, acceleration and deceleration can be adjusted through the frequency converter.
4. The training platform panel is made of high-quality aluminum-plastic composite board, resistant to impact, pollution, fire, and moisture. The surface is treated with a special primer coating, and a permanent UV-printed full-color circuit diagram is displayed, allowing students to visually compare the circuit diagram with actual components to understand and analyze the automatic transmission control system.
5. The training platform panel is equipped with test terminals, allowing direct measurement of electrical signals such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency from various sensors, actuators, and control unit pins.
6. The panel features an automotive instrument cluster that displays real-time changes in engine speed, vehicle speed, and automatic transmission gear position.
7. A diagnostic port is installed on the training platform, which can be connected to specialized or general-purpose automotive diagnostic scanners to read and clear fault codes in the electronic control system of the engine and automatic transmission.
8. The training platform is equipped with protective covers for the motor and output shaft, ensuring safety during operation.
