1 Product overview
The equipment is made on the basis of Volkswagen Passat V6 2.8L electronically controlled gasoline engine. It can carry out practical operation under starting, accelerating and decelerating conditions for the engine, and truly show the composition, structure and working process of V6 electronically controlled gasoline engine.
2 Functional features
a. The truly operational Volkswagen Passat V6 2.8L electronically controlled gasoline engine fully demonstrates the composition, structure and working process of the electronically controlled gasoline engine.
b. The measuring panel of the training platform is painted with color spray circuit diagram, which is made of 4mm thick high-strength aluminum-plastic plate UV spray, with the characteristics of large temperature difference resistance, wear resistance, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, not easy to deform, long service life, bright color and not easy to fade; Students can intuitively compare the circuit diagram and the physical object of electronically controlled gasoline engine to understand and analyze the working principle of the control system.
d. An automobile instrument is installed on the panel of the training platform, which can display the changes of engine speed, water temperature, oil pressure light, charging indicator light, electronic control system fault indicator light and other parameters in real time.
