1  Product requirements

The equipment adopts the real components of Great Wall Harvard 2.8tc engine preheating system, which can fully show the composition, structure and working process of engine preheating system.

2  Functional requirements

a. A real and operational engine preheating system to simulate the preheating process of diesel engine during operation.

b. The training platform is equipped with an anatomical cylinder block, and the installation position of the glow plug can be clearly observed through the anatomical opening;

c. The measuring panel of the training platform is painted with color spray circuit diagram, which is made of 4mm thick high-strength aluminum-plastic plate. It has the characteristics of large temperature difference resistance, wear resistance, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, not easy to deform, long service life, bright color and not easy to fade; Students can intuitively compare the circuit diagram and real objects to understand and analyze the working principle of engine preheating system.

d. A detection terminal is installed on the teaching board panel, which can directly detect the electrical signals of the circuit elements of the engine electronic control system, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.

e. The training platform is welded with high-quality steel, which has the characteristics of high strength, corrosion resistance and long service life. After plastic spraying process, it has a beautiful and high-grade appearance. The platform is equipped with self-locking caster device, which is flexible, safe, reliable and durable.

f. The teaching board adopts ordinary 220V AC power supply, which is converted into 12V DC power supply through internal circuit voltage transformation and rectification. There is no need for battery to reduce the trouble of charging. 12V DC power supply has the function of anti short circuit.
