Functional characteristics
1. The real and operational automobile airbag system fully displays the composition and structure of automobile airbag system.
2. Manipulate the collision car to simulate the process of car collision, and simulate the rapid inflation and expansion of the airbag on the left and right side to demonstrate the working process of the car's airbag system.
3. The teaching board is made of 4mm thick aluminum-plastic plate with corrosion resistance, knock resistance, pollution resistance, fire resistance and moisture resistance. The surface is treated by special process spraying primer. Panel printed with color circuit diagrams that never fade. Students can directly compare the circuit diagram and the object, understand and analyze the working principle of the automobile airbag system.
4. Detection terminals are installed on the panel of the teaching board, which can directly detect electrical signals of each circuit component of the automobile airbag system, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.
5. A diagnostic socket is installed on the panel of the teaching board, which can be connected to the special or general car decoder to carry out self-diagnosis functions such as reading the fault code and removing the fault code for the airbag control unit.
6. The surface of the teaching board is made of 1.5mm cold plate, which is beautiful in appearance. Chassis part of the steel structure welding, surface spraying process, with self-locking caster device, flexible movement, safe, reliable, strong and durable.
7. The teaching board works with ordinary 220V AC power supply, which is converted into 12V DC power supply through the internal circuit transformer rectifier, without the need of battery, reducing the trouble of charging. 12V DC power supply has the function of preventing short circuit.
