    This training platform features a complete BYD E5 pure electric vehicle chassis with body removed, showcasing fully operational drivetrain and chassis systems. Designed for EV maintenance education, it exposes all critical components including motor, battery pack, suspension and control systems while maintaining full functionality. The open-frame design enables direct observation of moving parts during operation.

Functional features:

    The system includes a fully functional EV chassis with color-coded systems for easy identification. It supports comprehensive training on chassis construction, working principles, and maintenance procedures. Complete component configuration includes steering/braking systems, axles, motor drive unit, battery pack with safety isolation, and operational instrumentation.

    The platform enables road condition simulation and incorporates a fault diagnosis system with 24 configurable circuit faults. Safety features include emergency stop, power cutoff, service disconnect, and HV insulation warnings.
