2. Product functional requirements
2.1 Equipped with a dedicated assembly adjustment insulation workbench, which can be used for component assembly and line connection training of the power management system;
2.2 Lithium iron phosphate power batteries are equipped with dedicated bases and connection terminals to meet the repeated disassembly and assembly training of power batteries. Using 6 individual batteries as a unit module, there are a total of 4 modules;
2.3 Adopt vehicle grade maintenance switches, which can be used for maintenance switch assembly and circuit wiring training;
2.4 The BMS management system adopts national standard communication protocol to dynamically collect real-time data such as 24 battery cell voltage and battery pack temperature. It uses data bus, touch screen, and digital software to collect SOC value, battery cell voltage, charging amount, discharge current, and power battery data. The total voltage, temperature and other data of this group are transmitted to a 10 inch multimedia terminal display screen, and the data can be dynamically displayed in real time.
2.5 The internal resistance tester can be used to sort individual cells, and the battery balance meter can be used for balancing training of individual cells;
2.6 Equipped with national standard charging interface and on-board charging module, the charger can be installed and adjusted. After installation and debugging, the system can be charged through a charging station;
2.7 Equipped with charging and discharging high-voltage contactors, teaching and training on high-voltage contactor installation and wiring can be conducted;
2.8 Configure the DC/DC module for installation and wiring training;
2.9 Equipped with pre charging resistors and pre charging contactors, teaching and training on pre charging circuit wiring can be conducted.
