Product Introduction
This integrated training platform features authentic automotive sensors and actuators mounted on a comprehensive teaching panel, demonstrating their operational principles through hands-on experiments, fault diagnosis, and data measurement. Designed for technical education, it consolidates all relevant control switches and components into a single system, enabling trainees to analyze real-time sensor signals and actuator responses in simulated automotive scenarios.

Functional Features

The equipment includes 16 dedicated zones on its panel, each displaying color-coded circuit diagrams and voltmeters to visualize working processes. Trainees measure electrical signals (voltage, current, resistance, frequency) directly via test terminals across all sensor/actuator control units. Key components encompass: crankshaft position sensor, odometer sensor, camshaft position sensor, ABS wheel sensor, humidity sensor, rear height sensor, engine temperature sensor, light sensor, knock sensor, oil temperature sensor, accelerator pedal position sensor, oxygen sensor, throttle position sensor, air flow meter, intake pressure sensor, and intake temperature sensor.

Dynamic signal simulation mechanisms allow practical experimentation:

  • Four sensors (crankshaft/camshaft position, ABS wheel, odometer) use motor-driven signal discs with adjustable speeds

  • Air flow meter integrates a variable-speed fan to alter airflow

  • Intake pressure sensor connects to a vacuum pump for pressure control

  • Remaining sensors (humidity, height, temperature, etc.) feature manual adjustment for environmental simulation

Constructed with 4mm anti-corrosion aluminum-plastic panel and UV-printed permanent circuit diagrams, the system ensures durability and clarity. Wiring harnesses employ soldered connections with heat-shrink insulation and automotive-grade wrapping. The 1.5mm cold-rolled steel frame with powder-coated base includes lockable 60mm casters and a 40cm workspace. Powered by 220V AC converted to short-circuit-protected 12V DC, it eliminates battery dependency. Supplementary materials include operation videos/manuals and safety documentation
