1. Based on a real car ABS/ESP braking system, fully demonstrate the structural composition and working principle of the ABS/ESP braking system;
2. The front and rear axles are driven to rotate by an asynchronous motor, simulating the driving of a car. When the brake pedal is pressed urgently, the ABS/ESP system starts working, and the front and rear brake discs maintain a slight rotation. The brake pedal can feel continuous bouncing, demonstrating the working process of the car's ABS/ESP system in real life;
3. The asynchronous motor is connected to the front and rear shafts through a belt, and adjusting the frequency converter can control the speed of the asynchronous motor to achieve the speed of the front and rear shafts;
4. In order to accurately reproduce the effect of stepping on the brake, the device is equipped with a vacuum pump to provide assistance for the brake, achieving a lightweight effect;
5. The equipment is equipped with an ESP switch, which can be used to control the opening and closing of the ESP function;
6. The joints of the route harness are connected by soldering and covered with heat shrink tubing to achieve insulation. The entire harness is wrapped with adhesive tape to meet the requirements of automotive grade processes;
7. Fuses or relays in the circuit are made of automotive grade products to achieve long-term use of the equipment without damage;
8. The training platform panel is painted with colored UV flat panel printing circuit diagrams and hydraulic pipeline diagrams. Students can visually compare the circuit diagrams with the actual ABS/ESP braking system to understand and analyze the working principle of the control system;
9. There are detection terminals installed on the training platform panel, which can directly detect the electrical signals of various sensors and control unit pins on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc;
10. The training platform is equipped with four pressure gauges, which can display the hydraulic changes of the four brake cylinders in real time;
11. The training platform panel is equipped with a diagnostic socket that can be connected to a dedicated or General Motors decoder to perform self diagnostic functions such as reading fault codes, clearing fault codes, reading data streams, etc. for the ABS/ESP electronic control system;
12. The equipment is equipped with fault settings, which are set using a remote control. The serial number on the remote control corresponds to the fault point of the equipment. By pressing the serial number on the remote control, the fault point line on the device can be controlled to be connected/disconnected within a range of 10 meters;
