Hydraulic parts
 

1. Experimental bench
The experimental bench is composed of aluminum profile main frame, aluminum profile operation panel, electrical cabinet, etc.
Workbench size: length×width×height=1500mm×700mm×1850mm (the packing weight is about 220kg), and the aluminum alloy profile structure with "T" groove on the mounting surface

2. Hydraulic pump station
Rated working pressure of the system: 0.8 Mpa. Up to 2.5MPa
(1) Motor-pump device (set)
The pump can choose any of gear pump, cycloid pump, vane pump, etc. Motor: DC motor, power 400W, speed 0~1500r/min; speed regulation by DC speed regulator. Built into the experiment table.
(2) Fuel tank: nominal volume 30L; with liquid level, oil temperature indicator, oil suction and return oil filter, safety valve, etc.

3. Power supply:
With three-phase leakage protection, the output voltage is 380V/220V, the power supply will be cut off when the leakage current to the ground exceeds 30mA; the electrical control adopts DC 24V power supply, and with overvoltage protection to prevent misoperation from damaging the equipment.

4. Electrical control unit:
Programmable controller (PLC);
adopts FX1S-20MR, I/O port 20 points;
12 inputs and 8 outputs, relay output form.

The loop lap connection adopts quick-change joints, which is convenient and quick to disassemble and connect.
