1  Product requirements

The equipment adopts six typical real components of engine ignition system (i.e. contact ignition system, Hall electronic ignition system, magnetic induction ignition system, photoelectric ignition system, distributor free ignition system and independent ignition system), which fully shows the composition structure and working process of engine ignition system.

2  Functional requirements

a. Six typical engine ignition systems that can be operated truly can fully display the composition and working process of contact ignition system, Hall electronic ignition system, magnetic induction ignition system, photoelectric ignition system, distributor free ignition system and independent ignition system.

b. The measuring panel of the training platform is painted with color spray circuit diagram, which is made of 4mm thick high-strength aluminum-plastic plate. It has the characteristics of large temperature difference resistance, wear resistance, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, not easy to deform, long service life, bright color and not easy to fade; Students can intuitively compare circuit diagrams and real objects to understand and analyze the working principles of various ignition systems.

c. Wiring terminals are installed on the teaching board panel. Students can use special connecting wires for circuit connection. After the wiring is correct, they can directly detect the electrical signals of various circuit elements of the ignition system on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.

d. The training platform is welded with high-quality steel, which has the characteristics of high strength, corrosion resistance and long service life. After plastic spraying process, it has a beautiful and high-grade appearance. The platform is equipped with self-locking caster device, which is flexible, safe, reliable and durable.

e. The teaching board adopts ordinary 220V AC power supply, which is converted into 12V DC power supply through internal circuit voltage transformation and rectification. There is no need for battery to reduce the trouble of charging. 12V DC power supply has the function of anti short circuit.
